Acta Poloniae Historica (APH) is a biannual journal with a long tradition in Polish historiography, enjoying recognition in the international historical periodicals market. Founded by the prominent Polish historian Marian Małowist (1909–88) in 1958, it primarily serves to popularize the achievements of Polish scholars in English, and also opens its pages to historians from outside Poland researching the history of Polish lands and, more broadly, Central-Eastern Europe. The journal is published entirely in English.
