Common questions
Who manages the seats?
A single org owner (set during onboarding). They invite members by email, change roles, and remove access. Members in turn use the platform with no additional admin overhead.
Can we use institutional email domains?
Yes. Pass us your domain (e.g. harvard.edu) at onboarding and we can auto-join everyone with that email suffix to the team — saves bulk-inviting 100 grad students.
Do you support SSO / SAML?
Not in the current release. We use Google sign-in by default. SAML / OIDC support is on the roadmap for orgs that need it — let us know if it's a blocker.
How do you handle invoices and billing?
Billed monthly or annually via Polar.sh. Annual plans get a 15% discount. EU + UK + US + Turkey payouts supported.
Can we trial it?
