Aims & Scope
FARMACIA publishes original research papers, invited topical reviews, editorial commentaries and news, with emphasis on conceptual novelty and scientific quality. The following fields are covered: discovery and testing of bioactive substances, including animal research, clinical experience, delivery systems and dispensing of drugs, and additional topics related to resources on the biochemistry, metabolism, and toxic or adverse of drugs. Manuscripts submitted to the Journal are only accepted after the peer review process. The papers should have not been published in any other journal. FARMACIA is a continuously published scientific journals in the pharmaceutical sciences, first issued in 1894. It is the official journal of the Romanian Society of Pharmaceutical Sciences, serving as a national and international platform for the dissemination of multidisciplinary peer-reviewed research in health sciences emphasizing on drug discovery in the context of personalised therapy. The journal integrates experimental, analytical, and applied research, supporting both fundamental and practice-oriented in health or pharmaceutical sciences. The primary aim of FARMACIA is to promote the advancement of health sciences by publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed research with clear scientific rigor and conceptual relevance. The journal emphasizes originality, methodological robustness, and translational value, bridging basic research with clinical and pharmaceutical practice.
