Aims & Scope

Lecciones y Ensayos is a law journal directed by students and dependent on the Department of Publications of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Since its founding in 1956, Lecciones y Ensayos has served as an editorial forum for professors and students, with academic excellence as the sole requirement. It is committed to creating alternative spaces where professors and students can participate, exchange their ideas and concerns on legal topics of great interest due to their timeliness and impact, not only in the academic sphere but also in society as a whole.
