Aims & Scope
The PDR publishes original, peer-reviewed research to deepen the understanding of development processes and economic policy. The journal welcomes both theoretical and empirical contributions that address critical economic questions and issues and offer policy-relevant insights for researchers, policymakers, and development practitioners. In addition to providing a platform for research focused on Pakistan’s economy, the PDR is also a conduit for research on broader issues relevant to developing countries. The journal encourages interdisciplinary work that is at the intersection of economics and social, institutional, and environmental issues.
