Aims & Scope

Sobre la revista Alcance y política editorial La Revista Chilena de Literatura , fundada en 1970, depende de la Rectoría de la Universidad de Chile y está adscrita a la Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades. Esta Revista aparece con regularidad, dos veces al año. Publica escritos inéditos y en castellano. Su temática es amplia, en cuanto abarca el estudio de escritores y obras literarias y afines, tanto de Chile como del extranjero, de épocas anteriores o actuales, siempre desde una perspectiva literaria. La Revista se estructura en cinco secciones: 1) Artículos : estudios científicos sobre literatura que propongan un avance del conocimiento en la materia abordada. 2) Notas : de ordinario más breves y sin todo el aparato científico propio de los Estudios, pero igualmente coherentes y adecuadamente fundadas. 3) Documentos: relativos a autores y sus obras, como entrevistas, nuevas traducciones y textos inéditos que faciliten o estimulen su mejor conocimiento. 4) Reseñas: bibliográficas de obras de reciente publicación. Las reseñas versarán sobre obras literarias y libros o revistas especializados en temas vinculados a la literatura. 5) Dossier: reúne entre cuatro y ocho estudios bajo una temática común. Cada dossier es coordinado por un académico especialista en la materia. Las contribuciones al dossier, al igual que el resto de los estudios publicados por nuestra Revista , son sometidas al proceso de arbitraje doble ciego de pares.
