Aims & Scope

Archives of Criminology is a scientific journal published by the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. It publishes original scientific publications that are not published or submitted for publication elsewhere and do not duplicate previously published works. The journal focuses on presenting the results of research in a reliable, credible, honest and unquestionable manner. It covers various aspects of criminology, including the extent of unreported crime, victimisation surveys, the justice system, assistance for crime victims, rural criminology, sexual violence, dark personality traits, cyber-dating abuse, human trafficking, and theories of delinquent subculture.
