It publishes articles on all aspects of Roman studies, from the origins of Rome to the end of the Roman Empire in the West, and on the Roman influence in the East. The journal covers the period from the earliest times to the early seventh century AD. It is published by Cambridge University Press on behalf of the Society for the Promotion of Roman Studies.
