Aims & Scope
Nova Economia publishes theoretical and applied economics articles and related areas. Following the academic tradition of the Department of Economics, Nova Economia adopts a pluralistic orientation, opening itself to different schools of economic thought and research orientations. Editorial decisions are based exclusively on academic quality criteria. Submitted works are evaluated by anonymous reviewers chosen from the members of the Editorial Team or from specialists in the field (double blind review). The journal publishes three regular issues per year. The journal also distinguishes itself from its national and international peers by including, since 2002, an art curation published alongside selected articles in each volume. Special thematic issues are also published, edited by guest editors.
