Aims & Scope
Literatura: teoría, historia, crítica was created in 1997 with the purpose of promoting the critical rereading of classic and non-classic works of the literary tradition and contributing to the training of readers, researchers, critics, and historians of literature. Its focus is disciplinary and it publishes research, reflection, or review articles, and other texts such as notes, reviews, and interviews that deal with topical issues of the academic community in the area, or that pose more general reflections on the discipline, in the national, regional, or international context. In the translations section, articles, essays, and notes whose original language is different from Spanish are published, which are notable for their importance in the field of literary studies or in current debates on literature.
