Aims & Scope
Iztapalapa Revista de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades also considers texts of a theoretical-methodological nature developed with a view to analyzing complex and emerging problems in an innovative way, as well as reviews of recent and high-impact works in the international scientific community. The perspectives of Anthropology, Political Science, Economics, Philosophy, Human Geography, History, Linguistics, Literature, Psychology and Sociology, among others, are combined in Iztapalapa. Revista de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades, to present the reader with diverse approaches to the social fabric of our reality. The journal is aimed at researchers and academics interested in understanding the multidimensionality and heterogeneity of the various current social processes and problems associated with complexity. The diversity and interweaving of approaches in the journal are associated with its institutional anchoring, in the long academic tradition of the Division of Social and Human Sciences of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Iztapalapa, which cultivates these disciplines and promotes their transversality through interinstitutional dialogue.
