Aims & Scope
The main objective of RMO is to serve as a means of communication and dissemination of new knowledge through the publication of research papers of the highest quality, allowing sharing of findings among researchers, as well as improving decision-making and thus medical care, for the visual welfare of our patients. RMO publishes bimonthly articles in all areas related to ophthalmology and visual sciences, including basic sciences, genetics and hereditary diseases, visual pathway, visual rehabilitation, neuro-ophthalmology, pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, orbit and lacrimal, cornea and diseases of the ocular surface, anterior segment, glaucoma, ocular inflammatory diseases, and retina.
