PROBLEMS of Infectious and Parasitic Diseases is a peer-reviewed open-access medical journal of scientific papers covering laboratory research data on human infectious diseases as well as its application for elucidation and management of epidemic processes. Its aim is to extend and share results of intensive research on the etiopathogenesis, immune mechanisms, epidemiology, laboratory diagnostics, treatment and immunoprophylaxis of bacterial and viral (nosocomial included) infections, and parasitic infestations. The journal is intended to be of interest to scientists, practitioners and researchers in the field of infectology.
