Aims & Scope

Estudis. Revista de Historia Modernais an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal published annually by the Department of Early Modern and Contemporary History at the University of Valencia, Spain. The journal aims to disseminate research on Early Modern History, paying particular attention to the Iberian Peninsula and the Western Mediterranean, while also considering contributions from other geographical areas if they are original or innovative. The journal only accepts unpublished contributions in Spanish, Catalan/Valencian, English, Italian, French or Portuguese. The journal's content is particularly aimed at historians, researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, but is open to anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of the Early Modern era. © 2024 UV. - Av.
