About the Journal Jurnal Studi Al-Qur’an (JSQ) is an international peer-reviewed journal that advances research on the Qur’an with a focus on Quranic Educational Transformation . Accredited with SINTA 3 Decree Number: 204/E/KPT/2022 (3 October 2022), Jurnal Studi Al-Qur’an (JSQ) aims to provide an international platform for scholarly discussion and research on Qur’anic studies with particular emphasis on educational transformation and teaching practices. The journal is published biannually by Institute for Research and Community Service, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. Print ISSN: 0216-1648 | Online ISSN: 2339-2614 | Accreditation SK: 204/E/KPT/2022 (3 October 2022) Focus Jurnal Studi Al-Qur’an (JSQ) is an international peer-reviewed journal that advances scholarly research on the Qur’an with a particular emphasis on Quranic Educational Transformation . The journal seeks to explore how the Qur’an shapes education, ethical formation, human development, professional agency, and social transformation. Scope JSQ invites contributions in English and Arabic that address, but are not limited to, the following areas: 1. Qur’anic Educational Philosophy and Theory Educational Ideas, Knowledge, Human Nature, and Learning in The Qur’an. 2. The Qur’an as Moral Community Ethical Formation, Virtue, Justice, Compassion, Citizenship, and Flourishing Communities. 3. Qur’anic Pedagogy and Curriculum Innovation Transformative Pedagogies, Curriculum Design, Assessment, and Learning Innovation. 4. Teacher Agency and Educational Leadership Educators as Moral Agents and Leaders of Educational Change. 5. Human Development and Flourishing Holistic Development, Well-being, Identity, Purpose, and Lifelong Learning. 6. Quran, Sustainability, and Future Education Environmental Stewardship, Sustainability Literacy, Climate Education, and Futures Thinking. 7. Quran, Science, Technology, and Knowledge Integration Science, Technology, AI Ethics, Innovation, and Interdisciplinary Integration.
