Amazonía Peruana publishes specialized works in Anthropology, Social Sciences, and related fields linked to the Amazonian region, such as articles, reviews, research advances, and chronicles. Its mission is to be a multidisciplinary academic journal specialized in Anthropology, Social Sciences, and related fields concerning the Amazon at national and international levels, and to contribute to its knowledge and understanding through scientific and academic production and the publication of research articles, literature reviews, and opinion articles. Its vision is to be one of the most consulted and navigable journals that promotes research and understanding of the reality, problems, and proposals concerning the Amazon at national and international levels.
