《新医学》杂志严格执行“三审三校”制度，恪守出版职业道德，坚决抵制学术不端行为。为加强学术诚信建设，进一步规范论文撰写及编审、出版过程，本刊依据国际出版伦理道德委员会（COPE）指南（Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing）、《涉及人的生命科学和医学研究伦理审查办法》《科技伦理审查办法（试行）》《关于进一步加强科研诚信建设的若干意见》《学术出版规范——期刊学术不端行为界定(CY/T174—2019)》《高等学校预防与处理学术不端行为办法》《学术出版中AIGC使用边界指南2.0》《中华人民共和国著作权法（2020年修正）》和《赫尔辛基宣言》2024中文译版等国内外相关文件或规范有关条款，并结合本刊实际情况，制定《新医学》作者、同行评议专家以及编辑的出版伦理政策。
