The South African Journal of African Languages is devoted to the advancement of the languages of Africa, including Bantu languages, Northern Sotho, Zulu, and Xhosa. It promotes interaction between researchers, students, and teachers of African languages and literature, and assists in the promotion of research, language development, and effective verbal and written communication.
