Aims & Scope

Das Journal für Entwicklungspolitik (JEP) ist eine der führenden wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften für Fragen von Entwicklungstheorie und -politik im deutschsprachigen Raum. Die Zielsetzung des JEP ist es, ein Forum für eine breite kritische Diskussion und Reflexion verschiedener Dimensionen gesellschaftlicher Entwicklungen in Süd und Nord zu bieten. Dabei wird auch das Verhältnis zwischen theoretischen Weiterentwicklungen im Bereich von Entwicklungsforschung und konkreten entwicklungspolitischen Prozessen ausgelotet. Gesellschaftlich relevantes Wissen über Entwicklungsprobleme und Entwicklungspolitik wird in einer interdisziplinären Herangehensweise aufbereitet und zugänglich gemacht.
