Libri Oncologici
University Hospital for Tumors · Croatia · Est. 1972
Aims & Scope
Libri oncologici, Croatian Journal of Oncology is a professional-scientific oncology journal, published by the Clinic for Tumors of the University Hospital Centre Sisters of Mercy in Zagreb. In 1972, it was initiated by the then Central Institute for Tumors and Similar Diseases in Zagreb, the League against Cancer of SR Croatia, the Oncological Section of the Croatian Medical Association and the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Company PLIVA, and it had regional significance. In 1992, the journal changed its publication frequency (three times a year), format and editorial board, so that papers are published only in English, covering all areas of experimental, translational and clinical oncology. Since 1997, the Clinic for Tumors has been the sole publisher, which continued after 2010 when the Clinic became part of the University Hospital Centre Sisters of Mercy.
