Aims & Scope
Journal of Neural Transmission establishes an interface between between basic neurosciences and clinical neurology and psychiatry. Platform for translational research publications in neurosciences and associated clinical fields, thus bridging the gap between basic knowledge and clinical application. Covers translational neuroscience, neurology and preclinical neurological studies as well as psychiatry and preclinical psychiatric studies. Fields of interest include neurochemistry, neuropharmacology, neurobiology, neurosciences, clinical biochemistry, neurotransmission, neurology, and psychiatry. Very high author satisfaction with 97% of survey respondents indicating they would likely publish in the journal again.
