The German Journal of Sports Medicine publishes high-quality translational research, comprehensive reviews, and critical discussions that advance the field of sports and exercise medicine. Our core focus areas include: Prevention Diagnosis Therapy Rehabilitation Training and Exercise Physiology Sports Cardiology Sports Orthopedics Sports Psychology Sports Nutrition Environmental Conditions in Sports In addition, we welcome contributions addressing the broader effects of physical activity and inactivity on health throughout life, as well as interdisciplinary topics involving social, cultural, and psychological aspects of sports science.
