Publica trimestralmente trabajos originales e inéditos, así como artículos de revisión en español o inglés, relacionados con los aspectos básicos, clínicos, quirúrgicos y epidemiológicos de la angiología, cirugía vascular y endovascular. La revista está dirigida a profesionales de la salud, investigadores y especialistas interesados en el estudio y tratamiento de las enfermedades vasculares. Su misión es contribuir al desarrollo científico y clínico de la especialidad mediante la difusión de conocimiento validado, tras un riguroso proceso de revisión por pares en la modalidad doble ciego. LaRevista Mexicana de Angiologíaes de acceso abierto, lo que permite la libre consulta de su contenido sin restricciones económicas ni suscripciones. TheRevista Mexicana de Angiologíais the official journal of the Mexican Society of Angiology, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. It is a quarterly, open-access publication that features original research and review articles, in either Spanish or English, covering basic, clinical, surgical, and epidemiological aspects related to angiology, vascular, and endovascular surgery. The journal is intended for healthcare professionals, researchers, and specialists interested in the study and treatment of vascular diseases. Its mission is to contribute to the scientific and clinical advancement of the specialty through the dissemination of peer-reviewed, validated knowledge. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process managed by the editorial committee.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
