Aims & Scope
Fiikr-o Nazar is an interdisciplinary journal of peer-reviewed research and informed opinion on the various issues of Islamic Thought. Its readers include scholars, practitioners, religious leaders, policy makers, journalists and commoners. Intellectually rigorous yet accessible and practical, it provides an influential outlet for original scholarship in social sciences, law and humanities, as well as a lively forum for research from Islamic perspectives. Fikr-o Nazar, a double-blind, peer-reviewed interdisciplinary research journal, published by Islamic Research Institute, since 1963, publishes research articles, archives, documents, seminar proceedings, and book reviews in all disciplines of Islamic Studies including the Qur’anic and Hadith Sciences, S ī rah, ‘Ilm al-Kal ā m , Islamic Law and Jurisprudence. Moreover, the articles related to Philosophy, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Culture, Civilization, Architecture, Political Sciences, Peace and Conflict, Economics, Language, Literature, History, Science, and Technology with the focus on Islamic Studies contents are also published in it.
