Aims & Scope
Arti musices jedini je specijalizirani znanstveni muzikološki časopis u Hrvatskoj. Izlazi kontinuirano od 1969. godine u Zagrebu. Dosad je objavljeno više od 300 radova istaknutih hrvatskih i inozemnih autora, te niz izvješća, bibliografija, recenzija i prikaza, otkrića, sažetaka magistarskih i doktorskih disertacija, te drugih priloga, koji svi izlažu rezultate istraživanja hrvatske glazbene baštine i glazbenog kulturološkog prostora uopće. Teme koje se u časopisu izlažu su različite: biografske, arhivske, analitičke, povijesne, sociološke, estetičke, tradicijske, ikonografske, pedagoške, akustičke itd. Mnoštvo raznolikih tema pruža zanimljivo štivo različitim strukturama čitatelja: od muzikologa i glazbenika do širokog spektra intelektualaca, koje zanima i glazbena kultura, te, napokon, do svakog, za pojedine teme zainteresiranog ljubitelja glazbe. Časopis objavljuje radove koji zadovoljavaju standarde znanstvene relevantnosti i izvrsnosti.
