Aims & Scope
The journal Le Muséon, Revue d’études orientales, founded in 1881 by Ch. de Harlez is specialized in the field of ancient and medieval Christian Orient, including the biblical world, Byzantine civilization and the beginnings of Islam. It publishes Arabic, Armenian, Coptic, Ethiopian, Georgian, Greek, Nubian, Syriac, etc., texts, original studies on these texts and on the traditions of the various nations of the Christian East.
