Islamic Education: Pedagogy, Educational technology, Student learning, Education policy, Teacher education. Qur'an and Sunnah Studies cover the studies of Qur'an, tafsir and hadith in the Muslim World and in the Western countries. Each submission is checked by the editor. At this stage, they may choose to decline or unsubmit your manuscript if it doesn't fit the journal aims and scope, or they feel the language/manuscript quality is too low.If they think it might be suitable for the publication, they will send it to at least two independent referees for double anonymous peer review. Once these reviewers have provided their feedback, the editor may decide to accept your manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or decline your work.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
