Journal of Family Violence is a peer-reviewed publication committed to disseminating rigorous research on preventing, ending, and ameliorating all forms of family violence. Welcomes scholarly articles related to the broad categories of child abuse and maltreatment, dating violence, domestic and partner violence, and elder abuse. Highlights research on physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, and homicides that occur in families. Publishes rigorous systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and theoretical analyses. Interested in submissions using transdisciplinary perspectives and innovative research methods. Encourages submissions from scholars worldwide from all disciplines and backgrounds.
