European Journal of Law and Economics is a platform for theoretical and empirical research where legal and economic dimensions intersect. Welcomes content that promotes understanding of legal phenomena using economic tools. Open to theoretical papers, case studies, empirical analyses, and experimental investigations. Particularly interested in new and emerging problems, with a special emphasis on European themes. Aims to showcase the diversity of law and economics approaches from an international mix of authors.
