Aims & Scope

Urban History is a leading international journal dedicated to the study of urban history. It publishes original research articles on all aspects of urban history, from antiquity to the present day, and from all regions of the world. The journal is particularly interested in interdisciplinary approaches and in comparative studies. It aims to provide a forum for debate and discussion among historians, geographers, sociologists, anthropologists, and other scholars interested in the history of cities.
