TheJournal of Digestive Endoscopy(JDE) is the official journal of theSociety of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI). It is an Open Access, double-anonymous peer-reviewed journal that is published quarterly in both print and online formats. JDE publishes original and scholarly work that contributes to the advancement of evidence-based research and clinical practice in digestive endoscopy. The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, case reports, clinical images, etc. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of investigation: All manuscripts submitted to JDE undergo double‑anonymous peer review by independent experts. Editorial decisions are based on scientific merit, originality, clinical relevance, and ethical standards. JDE adheres to the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and is committed to maintaining editorial independence, transparency, and the integrity of the scientific record.
