Aims & Scope

Bulletin of Soil and Water Conservation(CN 61-1094/X, ISSN 1000-288X), founded in 1981, is an academic and technical journal published bimonthly on environmental science. This journal is administrated byChinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), jointly sponsored by the Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, CAS & MWR, and Monitoring Center of Soil and Water Conservation, Ministry of Water Resources of the People’s Republic of China, and published by Science Press.TheEditor-in-Chief is Prof.FENG Hao, and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief is Prof. QIAO Dianxin. This journal aims to actively promote the development of soil and water conservation research by publishing the latest research achievements of scientific theories, technological innovations, and their practical applications in the industry. This journal mainly publish research on the current development and future trends of: 1. soil and water loss disasters such as soil erosion and desertification, droughts and floods, geological disasters, and land salinization; 2. soil erosion patterns, monitoring and forecasting results, R&D achievements of monitoring and forecasting technologies; 4. eco-environment construction, sustainable socio-economic development in soil erosion regions;
