Aims & Scope
Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation started publication in 1964, The journal is sponsored and in charge of Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instrumentation Co., Ltd. Topics of the journal include theories and methods of electrotechnical measurement, methods of electromagnetic parameters measurement, technologies and applications of power instrumentation measurement and control, and running state monitoring and fault diagnosis of power grid, covering four first-level disciplines and seven second-level disciplines of engineering. The first-level disciplines include instrument science and technology, electric engineering and information and communication engineering. The Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Mr.Zhang Zhonghua holds the post of the chairman of the Editorial Committee. Electrical Measurement & Instrumentation dedicates to the construction of power systems with rigorous and serious concept, adhering to the scientificity, innovation and authority. It is unique in the field of electrical instrumentation industry, with a rich industrial history and a wide range of technology community support. Right now, the magazine has the following columns: theoretical and experimental research, Energy Internet, measurement and control, instrumentation, engineering and application, overview and special review. The submission should be concise, comprehensive, convincing, and fluent, uses simplified figures and tables, formula, and derivation process. The title should be concise and comprehensive and should avoid foreign abbreviations as far as possible. Author names should be listed under the title. For Chinese authors, family names come before given names, with the first letters of each name capitalized. Foreign authors’ names are just the opposite.
