《数据采集与处理》（ISSN 1004-9037；CN 32-1367/TN）创刊于1986年，是中国科协主管，中国电子学会和南京航空航天大学联合主办，并向国内外公开发行的学术期刊。本刊现为双月刊，由《数据采集与处理》编辑部进行编辑与出版。《数据采集与处理》以“数据”为中心，聚焦数据的“感知-传输-存储-计算-控制”相关的前沿理论、方法和应用，包括通信信号、雷达信号、图像及视频数据、多光谱数据、文本数据、语音及光电混合数据、生物信息及其他大数据信息的智能获取、智能传输和识别、智能分析和计算等。发文范围包括但不限于：《数据采集与处理》为中文核心期刊（电子技术、通信技术类），中国科技论文统计源期刊，并被中国科学引文数据库（CSCD）扩展库、荷兰Scopus数据库、俄罗斯《文摘杂志》、日本科学技术社（JST）数据库、美国《剑桥科学文摘》（CSA）、英国INSPEC数据库等国内外权威数据库收录。
