It publishes research on high-speed micro-LED devices and visible light communication systems, micro-LED visible light communication in smoke environments for 6G, probabilistic shaping spiral constellation in visible light communication, multi-layer hybrid optical OFDM design for visible light communication, deterministic network transmission technology in industrial PON, integrated communication and sensing optical networks, research on whispering gallery mode optical microcavities, distributed optical fiber acoustic sensing, optoelectronic switching technology for intelligent computing data centers, 2.5D/3D silicon-based optoelectronic integration technology, high-speed directly modulated semiconductor lasers, monitoring scheme design based on IP network quality optimization, and integrated circuit development and optoelectronic fusion.
