Aims & Scope

The journal "Applied Entomology and Phytopathology" is the first plant protection journal in Iran, published since 1325 (1946) in Persian, bi-annually (two issues per year), in print-electronic format with open access by the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO) and in cooperation with the Iranian Phytopathological Society. The journal is not a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) but follows its principles. Authors are obliged to observe scientific ethics and publish according to the committee's guidelines. Articles submitted for publication in the journal "Applied Entomology and Phytopathology" must be the result of original research in the field of plant protection science or its related sciences and must not have been previously published in another journal or submitted simultaneously to other journals. This journal welcomes articles related to recent advances in plant pathology and entomology.
