Journal of Surface Investigation: X-ray, Synchrotron and Neutron Techniques is a peer-reviewed journal focusing on the properties, behaviors, and interactions that occur at the interface between materials and their surroundings. Focuses on XRD, XPS, synchrotron radiation, neutron and electron diffraction, electron microscopic, scanning tunneling microscopic, atomic force microscopic studies, and other methods. Features interdisciplinary studies involving expertise from physics, chemistry, materials science, biology, and engineering. Presents original articles and topical reviews on current problems in surface phenomena, structure, and properties. Welcomes submissions in English from all countries.
