The journal "Library Bulletin" maintains a policy of open access to published material, recognizing the priority principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and knowledge exchange for global social progress. Users are free to read, download, copy and distribute the content for educational and scientific purposes with obligatory indication of authorship. (Texts are available under theCreative Commonswith Attribution — NonCommercial — No Derivatives 4.0 International) “Library Bulletin” (Bibliotechnyi Visnyk)is a professional, peer-reviewed scholarly periodical (theoretical and applied) that addresses current issues in library and information activities, bibliography studies, book studies, and social communications within the library and information field. The journal is peer-reviewed. It is included in the List of Ukrainian scholarly professional publications in which the results of dissertation research for the degrees of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences may be published in Social Communications (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1188, dated September 24, 2020) and in Historical Sciences (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1188, dated September 24, 2020) (Category B). The National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting adopted Decision No. 616 on July 27, 2023
