The main goal of the journal is to contribute to the development of scientific research in the field of sciences and technologies of physical and sports activities , by promoting original studies that integrate theoretical and practical approaches , and by providing an academic platform for discussion among professors, researchers, and postgraduate students. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including: Sciences and technologies of physical and sports activities; Sports training and movement sciences; Exercise physiology; Sports psychology and sociology; Physical and sports education; Modern technologies in the sports field; Sports management and administration; Sports medicine and injury prevention; Health education and preventive physical activity; Research methodology in sports sciences.
