Aims & Scope

Mathematical Communications is committed to publishing high-quality research papers, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas and effective communication across diverse mathematical disciplines. The journal places a particular emphasis on applied mathematics, probability, and statistics, aiming to serve the mathematical community as an open-access resource for both theoretical and applied advancements in these fields. The Applied Mathematics section seeks submissions focused on the practical applications of numerical and analytical methods to solve complex problems in various fields of applied mathematics. The section also welcomes papers presenting primarily theoretical results, particularly when these results introduce innovative techniques with potential for significant practical impact. The Probability and Statistics section focuses on publishing high-quality research that enhances understanding and application of all areas within the field. Submissions may include theoretical contributions or applied studies, provided they exhibit substantial mathematical depth. The journal highlights topics that combine methodologies from both sections, such as the mathematical aspects of machine learning.
