Aims & Scope

Comparative Maritime Law publishes scientific and professional papers in the field of maritime and transport law, insurance law and international law of the sea, as well as original texts of maritime and transport conventions and other international unification instruments and their professional translations, reviews of domestic and foreign court and arbitration decisions, reports from scientific and professional meetings and reviews of newly published books in relevant fields. The authors of the papers and the readership are distinguished domestic and foreign experts in legal disciplines, university professors, associates from other scientific institutions, judges of commercial courts, legal experts in the maritime economy, insurance experts and young authors who are involved in scientific research.
