Systematic and Applied Acarology (SAA) is an international journal of the Systematic and Applied Acarology Society (SAAS). The journal is intended as a free publication outlet for members of SAAS and all others who are interested in acarology. SAA publishes papers reporting results of original research on any aspects of mites and ticks. All papers are peer-reviewed before acceptance for publication.
