Separation and Purification Technology is dedicated to the dissemination of novel methods for separation and purification in chemical and environmental engineering for homogeneous solutions and heterogeneous mixtures. This includes the separation and/or purification of liquids, vapors, and gases, resource recycling, purification of biobased feedstocks/products, and carbon capture and separation, with the exception of methods intended for analytical purposes. The journal welcomes contributions related to bioseparations in biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, food processing, and environmental applications, as well as separation problems encountered in emerging technologies such as green technology, energy storage and conversion, and resource recovery and recycling.
