About the Journal ABOUT THE JOURNAL Focus and Scope Since 2014, the Latin-American Journal of Computing (LAJC) has been a semiannual, diamond-certified, peer-reviewed, open-access journal sponsored by the Faculty of Systems Engineering of the National Polytechnic School of Ecuador . LAJC aims to disseminate original scientific research in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Science, and Information and Communication Technologies. It is aimed at researchers, professionals, professors, and graduate students worldwide interested in these areas. It publishes articles in the following thematic areas: Security and Privacy; Information Systems; Intelligent Systems and Other Technological Trends; Software Engineering and Applications; Science, Technology, and Society (STS); and Technologies for Inclusive Education and Disability. The journal's sections include: Research Articles (full papers), Short Reports (short papers), Literature Reviews, Technical Reports, and Systematic Reviews. LAJC does not charge processing or publication FEES for articles. We cordially invite researchers and professionals worldwide to publish in LAJC by submitting their manuscripts preferably in English or Spanish for our January to June issue, or July to December issue. e-ISSN: 1390-9134 ISSN: 1390-9266 Research Areas Academics, professionals, and students from around the world can submit their original research papers and technical reports.
