Aims & Scope
The Juridica International is a peer-reviewed open access law journal published by the School of Law at the University of Tartu and Iuridicum Foundation. The journal publishes original scientific articles on all fields of law. The focus of the journal is on legal developments in Estonia, the Baltic Sea region, and Europe, or Western legal culture in a wider sense, including comparative and international law studies. Authors are also encouraged to submit case analyses and commentaries on new laws and current law reform proposals, book reviews, and conference reviews. The journal is targeted at the widest audience of those interested in the law−whether as practitioners, students, teachers, judges, or administrators. The language of the journal is English. The yearly deadline for submitting articles is 1 April.
