Planta publishes timely, sound, and complete articles on all aspects of plant biology, which advances our knowledge and the state of the art. Welcomes research on any plant species - including non-model species. Coverage includes biochemistry, bioenergy, molecular biology, structural biology, cell biology, systems biology, development, ecological and environmental physiology, biotechnology. Publishes reviews summarizing recent advances in topical areas of plant biology.
