Aims & Scope

The Scientific Journal “Facta Universitatis”, Series:Law and Politics”, has been published by the University of Niš since 1997 in close cooperation with the Faculty of Law in Niš which has been providing the organizational, professional and financial support to this Series ever since.As a special edition of the Journal “Facta Univesitatis”, the “Law and Politics” Series is a distinctive and high-quality publication, and the only one of this kind in the Republic of Serbia which is published in English. All the submitted scientific papers are subject to independent peer review and approved for publication by impartial reviewers. The accepted contributions are available both in printed and in electronic form, the latter of which is accessible online at theFacta UnivesitatisWeb site (facta.junis.ni.ac.rs).The Journal publishes scientific papers dealing with a diverse range of law-related issues within the following areas:Legal theoryPublic lawCriminal lawCivil lawTrade lawInternational lawLaw and PoliticsLaw and SociologyLaw and Economics.
