Aims & Scope

The official journal of the Canadian Anesthesiologists’ Society (CAS), published in partnership with the Canadian Critical Care Society and dedicated to excellence in research and knowledge translation in anesthesiology, perioperative medicine, pain, and critical care . The Canadian Journal of Anesthesia/Journal canadien d’anesthésie publishes reports of original investigations, systematic and narrative reviews, editorials, reflections, images, accredited CPD modules, and the annually revised CAS Guidelines to the Practice of Anesthesia. The Journal produces topical Special Issues as well as Focus Issues and features numerous online Topical Collections.
