Aims & Scope
Comparative Economic Research. Central and Eastern Europe publishes theoretical and empirical research on macroeconomic and microeconomic issues. In general, the journal: Focuses on comparative economic policy Covers monetary and real dynamics in open economies Includes topics related to international economics like: international trade and finance, globalization, regional integration, migration Potential topics may include, but are not limited to: Innovation and competitiveness Development economics Monetary policy Fiscal sustainability Labour market and demographic changes Financial market development Sustainable finance and investment We invite submission of high-quality original research papers that study the above topics not only in the context of Central and Eastern Europe but from a broader perspective as well. Articles in other sub-disciplines of economics are also welcome if they contain international or global economic prospects. The papers can be empirical or theoretical in method and can be either positive or normative in nature.
