Aims & Scope

Geodetski glasnik (Geodetic Courier) is a scientific and professional periodical publication of the Union of Associations of Geodetic Professionals in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The journal covers various areas of geo-sciences, including geodesy, surveying, cartography, geoinformatics, remote sensing, photogrammetry, land management, spatial planning, real estate registration, and other fields related to spatial information. Additionally, it includes important information from other relevant disciplines that contribute to the development and promotion of geodesy. We strive to disseminate impactful work employing diverse geodetic approaches to a broad audience. Consequently, we publish high-quality papers that delineate the most significant and cutting-edge research across all areas of geodesy, conveying strong messages that contribute to our understanding of geospatial principles. In addition to primary research, Geodetski glasnik also features diverse contributions, encompassing news and views, highlights of noteworthy work from other journals, book and software reviews, educational content, and discussions on the societal impact of geodesy. In this manner, the journal aims to serve as the voice of the entire geodetic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond.
